We currently ship across India and to all countries having diplomatic relations with India — including major destinations in North America, Europe, Australasia, and South America.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, or within the specific lead time mentioned on the product page.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing and shipping may take slightly longer. Should there be a significant delay, our team will contact you via email or phone with an update.
Shipping within India: Free on all orders.
International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout, based on destination and weight.
Orders valued above USD $50 are shipped through trusted international carriers such as FedEx™, UPS™, or DHL™.
Orders below this value may be shipped through Registered International Air Mail at our discretion.
Estimated Delivery Time:
India: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather, or flight disruptions).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
For international orders, customs clearance is handled by the shipping carrier. Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep after completion of all customs formalities.
Harkrishan Arts is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.
All such charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the country’s regulations.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at harkrishanarts@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the damaged items.
Keep all packaging materials and the product for inspection or return, if required.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered accurately during checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is undeliverable, Harkrishan Arts will not be responsible for the loss.
In such cases, re-shipment may be arranged at the buyer’s expense.
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately at harkrishanarts@gmail.com.
We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. Once resolved, we will either replace or refund your order accordingly. Please allow up to 21 days for the process.
